Updated public health order removes indoor capacity limits in Colorado The Mission Ballroom in Denver hosts a concert in Sept. 2019 COLORADO (KRDO) An updated public health order that is set to go into effect Tuesday across Colorado will remove all capacity restrictions for indoor events, opening the door to packed concerts and sports games this summer. The new guidance from the Colorado Department of Public Health comes after weeks of eased COVID-19 guidelines, and many businesses have already loosened mask requirements for those who have been fully vaccinated from the coronavirus. Starting Tuesday, there will no longer be coronavirus-related restrictions on indoor capacities. Some venues, like Ball Arena, have already been approved for large gatherings of crowds.

New Colorado Health Order: No Capacity Limits For Indoor Events Every day I feel like restrictions are being leveled off and/or dropped completely, and today, we can start the week off with a big announcement: the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has updated its COVID-19 public health order to end restrictions on large indoor gatherings, as well as to amend some of the rules regarding masks. According to the CDPHE, the new order goes into effect today (June 1)  will expire on July 1, and depending on how things go in terms of COVID-19 numbers, will either continue or be amended.
