Let s put it this way, if someone asks you to help get their car out of the snow, you re probably going to say yes, assuming the person who s car is stuck will work with you. But, let s say they don t, they instead sit down and watch you do it. You d probably say something along the lines of, I m here to help you, not push your car alone without your help.
District 49 to return with full in-person learning after spring break

COLORADO SPRINGS â District 49 officials announced Wednesday its schools would return to full in-person learning following spring break near the end of March.
The district said starting March 29, students in all grades will be able to return for in-person learning Monday through Friday. Schools will still be offering remote learning options for those who wish to attend virtually. Although we strongly encourage students to attend in-person, we are committed to support remote learning for families who choose that mode for the remainder of the school year. We are fully aware that community transmission levels remain at Level Yellow-Concern, but our state and county health departments support in-person learning at our current level, so long as we continue to implement safety protocols with vigilance. PUEBLO â Wednesday was the first day back in the Donthe Lucas murder trial after a two-week break caused by a positive COVID-19 test.

Cell phones and who was texting who has been a large chunk of the evidence presented thus far in the case. Wednesday followed that trend.

COLORADO SPRINGS â On Tuesday, City Council approved a private activity bond for a 200-unit apartment complex on East Fountain and North Academy Loop.
City Council members say it will be place for individuals who make less than six figures a year.
According to Dave Geislinger, City Council member, only 32 homes for sale in Colorado Springs are under $300,000. Right now we don t have those middle income homes. So we have those situations where people cannot find homes to move into.

COLORADO SPRINGS â Vestas announced Wednesday it would be consolidating operations across Colorado and cutting jobs due to changing market demand.
In the announcement, the company stated a total of 450 positions across the state are being cut with 120 of those in Pueblo, accounting for 15% of the workforce.
The wind energy industry in USA has grown tremendously in recent years, which has increased our factoriesâ capacity and expanded our service business. With a larger fleet under service and lower demand in the near-term, we are therefore consolidating our setup in Colorado to ensure we can cater for our service businessâ needs, and are structured in the right way to ramp up efficiently once wind turbine demand requires us to.
