COLORADO SPRINGS â A popular program from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region is back on the road in 2021.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wellness Waggin , a mobile veterinary clinic, had to stop its services in March 2020. The Wellness Waggin is in Colorado Springs on Wednesdays and Thursdays while it is in Pueblo on Saturdays. We like to hit these desert areas where no vet clinics kinda are. And, then keeping these pets vaccinated and healthy helps lower them from coming into the humane society with medical complications, said Savannah Moore of the HSPPR.
