Spiros Shulz has admitted to arson following a fire a the Three Colts in Princes Road on Saturday, February 6. The 48-year-old was arrested on the same day. When firefighters arrived they were faced with a heavily smoke-logged building and reported that the ground floor was about 50 per cent alight. The ground floor of the building suffered fire, smoke and heat damage but nobody was hurt in the incident.
