Following is a list of COVID-19 vaccination sites designated by the state of Kentucky and the federal government. Kentucky is currently in phase 1C of its vaccination distribution plan.
Residents who qualify to get the COVID-19 vaccine are all essential workers, people over who are age 60 or older, and anyone over the age of 16 with Center for Disease Control highest risk C19 condition.
Kentucky defines essential workers as: anyone working in food & agriculture, manufacturing, U.S. Postal service workers, public transit workers, grocery store workers, transportation and logistics, food service shelter & housing (construction), finance, IT & communication, energy, media, legal, public safety (engineers), water & wastewater and clergy.

PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) - The Purchase District Health Department is opening a scheduling phone line for those in phase 1a or 1b.
Phase 1a includes Healthcare workers, first responders.
Phase 1b includes teachers, childcare workers, and those over the age of 70.
The health department will move on to phase 1c after everyone over the age of 70 has a chance to get the vaccine.

PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) - Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has announced that the COVID-19 phase 1b group has been expanded to include childcare workers.
Childcare Workers must be employed at a licensed facility, certified home, or a registered professional to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from the Purchase District Health Department
The vaccination form has been updated to include “childcare workers: employed at a licensed facility, certified home, or a registered professional.”

The Purchase District Health Department is providing a pre-registration vaccination form online for those who would like to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in the region.
Pre-registration is only available to those in the department’s service region of Ballard, Carlisle, Fulton, Hickman and McCracken counties within the subcategories of the state’s Phase 1 vaccine distribution plan. Health care workers, school employees, people 70 years old or older, and high-risk individuals 16 years old and up are Phase 1A.
Those who are high risk include those with chronic kidney disease, cancer, COPD, Down syndrome, heart conditions, a weakened immune system from an organ transplant, obesity, pregnancy, sickle cell disease, type 2 diabetes, and smokers. Essential workers in Phase 1C include mail delivery, public transit, finance, cleaning services, security, and manufacturers.
