Everyone should wear face masks inside their own home if family members have Covid symptoms or test positive, European health chiefs have said. People in the same household as someone who has tested positive or has a fever, cough or loss of taste and smell have been advised to wear masks inside their homes by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. Both the person who is sick and everyone else who lives with them should wear a mask or face covering as much as possible, the ECDC said.
