Here’s the headline blaring out from a story in The Hill: “TV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines donate to campaign against critical race theory in schools.” The piece notes how the couple, known for their show “Fixer Upper,” donated $1000 to the campaign of Shannon Braun for the school board in the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. Braun is against the teaching of critical race theory in schools. Oh, no! What evil people! We must drum them off of cable TV.
