New Lawsuit Accuses Trump and Giuliani of Conspiring to Incite Capitol Riot
The civil lawsuit is the latest legal attempt to find Trump responsible for the violence on January 6, 2021, which came after he spent months falsely claiming his election defeat was the result of fraud.

Washington: A Democratic congressman accused former President Donald Trump, his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and two right-wing groups of conspiring to incite the deadly riot at the US Capitol in a lawsuit on Tuesday.
