Motorcyclist Traveling 140 mph Collides with Deer in Greeley
A 30-year-old man sustained multiple injuries over the weekend, after crashing his motorcycle into a deer, while traveling at a very high rate of speed in Greeley.
According to the Greeley Tribune, at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Saturday (July 24), Greeley police responded to a collision in the 2800 block of U.S. 34. When officers arrived on scene, they identified the motorcyclist involved in the accident as Devin Knudson.
The investigation revealed that Knudson had been driving east on his 2019 Kawasaki ZX1002 motorcycle, at a speed of 140 mph, when he struck a deer in the roadway.

Greeley Police Investigating Reports Of Shots Fired Near Anna Gimmestad Memorial Park:
According to the Greeley Tribune, police responded to reports of multiple gunshots fired near Anna Gimmestad Memorial Park on 17th Avenue and 31st Street Road on Sunday morning (July 25) at 2:48 a.m. Once crews arrived on scene, they found spent shell casings but did not locate any people or vehicles in the area of the suspected incident.
In addition, officers did not come across any damage in the area and have not received any damage reports, according to the Greeley Police Department.
