A takeaway firm has spoken of its delight at making the regional final of the British Takeaway Awards as it prepares to open a new takeaway unit in the town centre. Burgers, Wings & Ribs, which launched inside a converted double decker bus back in May last year in Grange Way, Colchester, is one of five finalists to make the shortlist in the south east region. The finalists were voted through to this stage by the public and are now in the running to win Best Takeaway in their area. They re each also in with a chance to win the coveted Best Takeaway in Britain award after the finals in September.
