A 22-year-old Stroud man who is currently serving a jail term has pleaded to being concerned with the supply of drugs in Cheltenham. Jordan Foster, 22, formerly of Parliament Street, Stroud, but now an inmate at HMP Portland, Dorset, appeared before Gloucester Crown Court via video link and admitted being in possession of both Class A and B drugs - heroin, crack cocaine, MDMA and cannabis with intent to supply to others.
