Appeal to locate cyclist, 61, not seen since this morning Gloucestershire Constabulary is appealing for help to locate a man who has been reported missing since leaving an address in Dursley. Concern is growing for the welfare of Paul Blick, 61 who was last seen leaving an address in Tilsdown, Dursley today, Monday, at around 8.20am. Paul is thought to be travelling on a silver Scaracens mountain bike. He often cycles great distances including across Newark, Tetbury, Ozleworth, Stroud and Frampton. Paul is described as being white but currently very tanned, 5ft 10ins tall, with short brown hair and well built. He is believed to be wearing a black t-shirt, black cycle shorts and black trainers.
