The house party that has quarantined so many Glens Falls City School District staff was held at the home of a Big Cross Street Elementary School teacher.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said they are investigating the couple reading teacher April McClements and her husband, Joe McClements, who teaches physical education at Ballston Spa Senior High School.
The McClements live in Gansevoort, in the town of Wilton. So far, 12 people have tested positive for coronavirus in connection to the Dec. 18 party, and the city school district will hold classes virtually for two weeks to keep the virus from spreading through the schools.

Health officials in Warren County have announced a record number of new coronavirus cases.
They reported 43 additional infections Tuesday, pushing the total there since the start of the health crisis past 1,000. Two cases have been connected to an underage drinking party in nearby Saratoga County on December 18th. The Glens Falls City School District is switching to online instruction for at least two weeks as a precaution since students at the party aren t saying who they were with.

Officials in Warren County say they ve pinpointed the source of an ongoing coronavirus outbreak there.
They believe the recent rise in infections is connected to an underage drinking party held December 18th in Wilton, located in nearby Saratoga County. Warren County Health Services says someone had COVID-19 and spread it to several people, including at least 10 Warren County residents. The party was attended by high school students from Warren County meaning a lot of kids could have to quarantine before classes resume next week. The Glens Falls City School District will go fully remote for at least two weeks, beginning on Monday, January 4th.
