According to News 10 police records, 19-year-old Tyler A. Zaugg is facing felony charges for an incident that occurred on July 4. He is accused of beating his infant son in the face and torso. Mr. Zaugg allegedly told the child’s mother that the child slipped under the water as he was bathing him.
