These updates are available for both the Xbox One and the recently-launched Xbox Series X|S, and there s also some updates related to Xbox apps on other devices. Microsoft plans Kids Mode for Microsoft Edge

Microsoft plans Kids Mode for Microsoft Edge Microsoft plans Kids Mode for Microsoft Edge Child-friendly features will let you place limits on the content kids see on the web. Microsoft plans to add a “Kids Mode” to the Microsoft Edge browser, with child-friendly themes and protected content, the company said on Tuesday.  In a somewhat unusual move, Microsoft didn’t announce Kids Mode as a feature that will be shipping soon. Belleville, ON, Canada / Mix 97 Dec 16, 2020 6:29 PM Get ready for your parents or partners to have a lot more power when it comes to getting you off the Xbox because the console’s new update lets other people remotely turn off your Xbox at certain times. Growing up we all at one point had parents yelling at us from another room to get off our favorite video game console and now parents, or even your partner, can pause your screen time from the Xbox Family Settings app. Xbox made the update on December 10th and once you “pause the console’s screentime” nobody can play it until you “un-pause” the console again.
