Microsoft is rolling out a new build of Windows 10 for Insiders in the Dev channel, after missing last week's release. As usual, there are some fixes and known issues to look out for.
It’s been a while since Microsoft last released a new Windows 10 Insider Preview build to the Dev Channel, and with the weekend looming you’d be forgiven for thinking there might be an even longer wait ahead.

A new build is out for the Dev Channel after quite a long break. Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21313 (RS PRERELEASE) is now available for Insiders in the Dev Channel. However, Microsoft s Windows development team wrote that today s build will not be offered to ARM64 devices due to an app compatibility issue. We hope to flight to ARM64 devices with the next flight once the issue is fixed, the company added.

Windows 10 Cumulative Update Build 21296.1010 (KB4602812) is now available for Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel. But, don t get too excited since this release doesn t bring any new changes or improvements and is being released to test the servicing pipeline.

This build sees Microsoft start to roll out an update to its converged clipboard history design (WIN + V) to support pinning, unpinning, deleting, and syncing individual entries. It also introduces the ability to manage and create Storage Spaces from within Settings to all Dev Channel Insiders.
