Triple Crown winner Justify s victory in the 2018 Santa Anita Derby, and that of stablemate Hoppertunity in the 2018 Tokyo City Cup, will stand. California Horse Racing Board stewards voted Wednesday to dismiss a CHRB complaint into the results of both races without any change in the final order of finish. The CHRB brought the complaint as part of a settlement agreement in a civil suit from Ruis Racing, which owned Bolt d Oro, runner-up to Bob Baffert-trained Justify in the Santa Anita Derby.
