En las instalaciones del Centro de Educación Ambiental de la Gobernación, se instaló la sesión inaugural de funcionamiento de la Comisión Agraria Departamental (CAD) de Santa Cruz, a la cabeza del gobernador Luis Fernando Camacho, que contó con la participación de representantes de las organizaciones sociales o sectoriales a nivel departamental.
En representación del Gobierno Autónomo Departamental de Santa Cruz participaron las Secretarías de Desarrollo Sostenible y Medio Ambiente, Desarrollo Productivo y Justicia, conjuntamente con las direcciones de Ordenamiento Territorial y Límites, de de Desarrollo Productivo, que también estuvieron acreditadas.

As there are very clear rules when drawing up a legislative instrument, the wording needs to be clear and specific. The listed human disease is Human Coronavirus but this is quantified with Pandemic Potential. Pandemic Potential, being the key words here, would restrict the measures to deal with this emergency to Chapter Two, Part Two, Division Five, Sections 51 and 52 respectively of the Biosecurity Act 2015, Preventative Biosecurity Measures only.
