He said, in this case, the federal government could contribute in the forms of allocations and related programmes according to the mould outlined by the State Government. “I believe a study has been implemented by the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) Sabah on the e-Kasih register and whether efforts all these while have been effective in bringing the participants out of poverty. ADVERTISEMENT “I suggest that the IDS hold a briefing for all State Assemblymen on the findings of the research so that we can all co-operate and then fight together to bring the people out of poverty,” he said when delivering a debate speech on Budget 2021, at the State Assembly, here.
