Bayonne’s redevelopment boom continues to be a economic driver in Hudson County, as well as throughout the state and region.
The Bayonne Planning Board will hold a hearing on Feb. 9 to approve amendments to Lincoln Equities Group’s (LEG) site plan to permit the construction of a distribution center to host United Parcel Service (UPS) as a tenant.
The original plan approved construction of 1.5 million square feet of industrial warehouse space totaling four buildings between 150,000 to 477,000 square feet each.
