The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on Tuesday decided to cancel Class 12 board examinations this year in view of the COVID-19 situation, according to its secretary Gerry Arathoon.

It was decided that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will take steps to compile the results of Class 12 students as per a well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner.
Hours after the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 12th exams were cancelled, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) too said ISC 12th exam will not be held for the year 2021.
