OMAHA, Neb. (KLKN) – One man, reportedly with “a history of shooting at police officers”, is no longer being pursued by the U.S. Marshals in Nebraska and Iowa following a shooting incident in New Mexico.
Benjamin Marley Manley, a.k.a Christopher Reeves, is a 36-year-old suspect wanted for attempted murder by the Council Bluffs Police Department.
The U.S. Marshals distributed a press release on Dec. 4 for citizens to be on the lookout for Manley, saying “he should be considered armed and dangerous.”
On Wednesday, Dec. 16, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol agents pulled over a silver Chevrolet Impala attempting to avoid an immigration checkpoint near Las Cruces, New Mexico.

(Council Bluffs) â More information has been released on two suspects wanted in a shooting incident outside a Council Bluffs business Thanksgiving evening.
Council Bluffs Police say 30-year-old Megan Michelle Bressman is wanted for her involvement in an attempted murder taking place outside a gas station at 1305 North 25th Street. Authorities believe Bressman may be in the company of another suspect in the incident, identified as Benjamin Marley Manley. Anyone spotting either Bressman or Manley should not approach them, as they are considered armed and dangerous. They should call 911 or the Council Bluffs Police Departmentâs Criminal Investigations Department at 712-328-4728, or Crime Stoppers at 712-328-STOP (7867) with information.
