A car bomb explosion happened on Monday at Kabul PD10 in the morning. The incident reported near the office of Saadat Mansoor Naderi.No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast. Police said that there were no casualties in the blast.
According to security forces, The incident happened at around 7:26 am local time in the Shaheed roundabout in Kabul PD10 after Nabizada s vehicle hit by an IED. Afghanistan s Minister of State for Peace Affairs. informed that the blast targeted an armoured vehicle that belonged to Khushnood Nabizadeh, head of Naderi s office in Kabul. A car bomb exploded at Kabul PD10 during the wee hours of February 1 near the office of Saadat Mansoor Naderi, Afghanistan s Minister of State for Peace Affairs. As per news agency ANI report, the security officials have informed that the blast was targeting an armoured vehicle that belonged to the head of Naderi’s office, Khushnood Nabizadeh in the Afghanistan capital. The incident reportedly took place at around 7:26 AM (local time) on Monday in the Shaheed roundabout in Kabul PD10 after Nabizada s vehicle hit by an IED.

Local officials in Badakhshan province confirmed a 60-year-old man hanged himself in the Jurm district of Badakhshan province on Saturday evening.
Confirming the incident, Badakhshan governor spokesman Nik Mohammad Nazari said a delegation has been sent to the area to investigate the incident.
He said details will be shared with the media later.
The man was reportedly a resident of Dashtak village.
Meanwhile police spokesman Sanaullah Rouhani apologized for having given out information earlier that might not have been correct.
He said earlier the man committed suicide after having tried to borrow money from several relatives to buy food for his children overnight, but no one responded to his request.
Republic Team: Legitimacy of the War Must Be Discussed First
Republic negotiator Abdul Hafiz Mansoor on Monday said that the negotiating team has decided that the legitimacy of the war must be discussed with the Taliban before any progress can be made.
He says the talks will not have an outcome until this issue is clarified.
On Sunday, the chief negotiators from the Afghan republic and the Taliban met; however, the working groups from both sides failed to meet on Monday to finalize the agenda for the talks.
Three meetings were held in the first days since the talks resumed on January 6, but the working groups from both sides have not met for the last six days.
