UPAWS hosting pop-up shop fundraiser ahead of holidays

UPAWS hosting pop-up shop fundraiser ahead of holidays GWINN A local animal shelter is holding a fundraiser, where you can get some merchandise just in time for the holidays. UPAWS will be holding their second pop-up shop, with fresh new apparel to support the animals they help. This gives community members the opportunity to get loved ones gifts, while helping out an organization that needs it. “We’ve been thinking outside the box and had some successful events,” said Ann Brownell, Community Outreach Coordinator for UPAWS. “We have missed out on having our big events this year due to COVID, like a lot of nonprofits [we’re] struggling. So this is a way to help our shelter, and a fun way to do that.”
