The hydrotherapy pool at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, which is one of just a few in the region. Pic - Dudley Group PHYSIOTHERAPISTS at Russells Hall Hospital have been working to help the recovery of patients go swimmingly by continuing treatments in the hydrotherapy pool during lockdown. The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust worked with regulators to ensure they could carry on seeing patients at the pool safely, helping to speed up their recovery. One of only a few in the Midlands region, the pool is used by people recovering from lower limb injuries, trauma caused by car accidents, mums-to-be with pelvic girdle pain, children with fractures and dislocations and neurological patients.
• Must be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP).
• Must have a Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Must have experience working at post-graduate diploma level in the assessment and treatment of muscular-skeletal disorders, sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, mobilisation and manipulation.
• Must have a minimum of two years post graduate clinical experience in MSK disorders. This shall be evidenced within the CV.
• Must have previously held a position as a Specialist Physiotherapist Band 6 or equivalent.
• Must have evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

• You will join and become part of a multidisciplinary team, working within well equipped medical centres, dental centres or rehabilitation units where you will be valued as part of the Defence Medical Services team
