Deel formerly served as director of human resources, the company said in a news release. He has worked at Austin for more than 15 years, serving the past seven years on the company s executive leadership team. Deel is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and serves on the organization s Engineering and Construction Compensation Forum Survey (ECCF) steering committee. ECCF is an annual study conducted among member companies that provides an evaluation of base salaries, other compensation and human resource practices in the engineering and construction industry.

In 2011, Greg Poulin was a 22-year-old undergraduate at Dartmouth when his father unexpectedly died. He had to take out $80,000 in student loans to complete his education, and he s still working to pay off his debt 10 years later, which now stands at $57,345.86, according to documents reviewed by Insider.
