More than a year after the first confirmed case of Covid-19, and almost eleven months after the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared a pandemic, there are few areas of local, regional and global politics, policy and society that have not been impacted by the global health crisis. This impact case study looks at was has been achieved by a DFID-ESRC Growth Research Programme (DEGRP) project led by Ruth Meinzen-Dick from the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Faustin Maganga (University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania), and Saa Dittoh (University of Development Studies, Ghana).
