The Chairman s Report We are reporting our results to the end of 30 April 2021. We have had sustained COVID-19 regulations now for over a year which has impacted our results and operations. At the beginning of the worldwide COVID-19 lockdowns we had no idea the complexity it would add to our businesses. We now have a clearer picture. Our South African operations were hit with reduced demand for products and the inability to see new clients as clients remain in lock down and are working from home where possible and most factories are out of bounds to non-staff.
