READY STEADY TOKYO - Shooting and Skateboarding Events Postponed 03/15/21
Following consultations between the different bodies such as ISSF (International Shooting Sport Federation) and World Skate involved in the organisation of “READY STEADY TOKYO – Shooting” and “READY STEADY TOKYO - Skateboarding”, the decision has been made to postpone these events. The shooting event (originally scheduled for 26-30 April) will now be held from 17-21 May at the Asaka Shooting Range and the skateboarding event (originally scheduled for 28-29 April) will be held from 13-14 May at the Ariake Urban Sports Park.
Carrying out these events is greatly important for preparation of the Tokyo 2020 Games, and the participation of overseas stakeholders in these events is a key element. More foreign shooters check in for Delhi World Cup

New Delhi, March 14 : Hungarian shooter Peter Sidi, the world and European rifle champion, arrived here on Sunday to compete in the World Cup starting on March 18 at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Ranges.
The 42-year-old multiple medallists in the global competition was the lone rifle shooter from Hungary to report at the official team hotel. Sidi has excelled in various rifle events, including 50m three positions and 10m air rifle in World Cups and World Championships.
A five-member Romanian shooting team also reported at the official team hotel, situated near the shooting ranges, to test their skills ahead of the Tokyo Olympic Games.
