Zsolt Kudich and Réka Zsirmon are nature photographers living in Budapest, Hungary. Their ambition is to bring the fragile balance of nature to light in an artistically powerful way.
Zsolt Kudich and Réka Zsirmon are prolific winners of national and international competitions. Their images have been published in prestigious international magazines, books, and publications, among others National Geographic, Wildlife Photographers of the Year, Big Picture - California Academy of Sciences, Nature’s Best Photography Magazine, GEO Magazine, and Nikon International Calendar.
Their latest project unveils the natural wonders of Danube River protected areas. Commissioned by European Commission and Danubeparks, they took their photos in fourteen nature conservation areas of eight countries alongside the Danube River.

Angelos Tzortzinis wins World Press Photo award

Greek documentary photographer Angelos Tzortzinis, won third prize in the World Press Photo ‘Long-Term Projects’ category for his series titled “Trapped in Greece”.
The photographer has been working on migration issues for eight years.
This project shot on Samos and Lesbos, and in refugee camps around Greece aims to explore human and social adaptability.

Tens of thousands of people fleeing war and poverty-stricken homelands have become stranded in Greece since the height of Europe’s refugee crisis in 2016. According to a UNHCR report in March 2016, more than one million people, mostly refugees from Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan, had crossed into Greece since the start of 2015.
