Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) has announced the appointment of En. Mohd Daud Mohd Arif as its new CEO.
En. Mohd Daud previously served as Senior Director of the Tourism Policy and International Affairs Division at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, and Lead Shepherd of the APEC Tourism Working Group.
En. Mohd Daud’s previous experience includes time spent as Director of Tourism Industry Development, Director of Culture and Tourism at the ASEAN-Korea Centre, and Chair of several international committees, including the ASEAN Tourism Professional Committee, COMCEC Standing Committee and ASEAN-KOREA Tourism Working Group.
His appointment is anticipated to further the country’s vision to be a leading global healthcare destination.
