Hudson Valley Man Arrested After Gas Station Fight

On Sunday, New York State Police from the Liberty barracks responded to a fight in progress at a Sunoco gas station on North Main Street in the village of Liberty. When troopers arrived at the gas station, they observed an injured person being treated by Mobile Medic.
Troopers also observed a man leaving the area. Troopers stopped the individual to ask him about the altercation. While speaking to the individual, later identified as 23-year-old Nyyair Carney from the city of Port Jervis, troopers observed a gun in his waistband, police say.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly attacking another person and for the possession of a loaded gun in the area.
Orange County resident Nyyair Carney, from Port Jervis, was arrested by New York State Police after troopers responded to a report of a fight at a Sunoco gas station in Sullivan County, in the town of Liberty, said Trooper Steven Nevel.
According to Nevel, when troopers arrived at the gas station, located on North Main Street, they found an injured individual being treated by Mobile Medic.
Troopers observed an individual leaving the area when they arrived. Troopers stopped the individual to ask him about the altercation. While speaking to the individual, later identified as Carney, they observed a gun in his waistband, Nevel said.
Gibson County stabbing suspect arrested in Sullivan County home
Police in Sullivan County have arrested a suspect wanted in connection to a stabbing.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Police in Sullivan County have arrested a suspect wanted in connection to a stabbing.
According to the Sullivan County Sheriff s Office, 29-year-9od Travis Flowers, of Patoka, Indiana was wanted for a stabbing that happened in Gibson County.
Police found Flowers hiding in a Hymera home.
After surrounding the home in Hymera, Flowers was arrested without any further incident. He was transferred to Gibson County.
