Jacob Mulhall outside Southampton Crown Court A PUB CHEF who sold cannabis at “street-level” moved more than £16,000 through his bank account over a year and a half, a court heard. Jacob Mulhall was pulled over driving a silver Renault Clio which was “known to be connected with drug dealing”. The 25-year was searched and found to have “two lumps of cannabis resin” on October 24, 2019. Meanwhile, in the car, there were 12 bags of cocaine totalling around five and a half grams. Officers then went on search his home in Winchester Road, Bishop’s Waltham which he shares with his parents and brother.
Seven men including two who appeared in court will face no further action
It follows suspected hijacking of an oil tanker off Isle of Wight last October
Police say all seven men will remain detained under immigration powers
Matthew John Okorie, 25, and Sunday Sylvester, 22, due to appear in court
But they will face no further action along with five others who were arrested
