SACRAMENTO, Calif. The Sacramento Fire Department released statistics on what they say has become known as their busiest day of the year, the Fourth of July.
On Monday, Lt. Keith Wade told ABC10 that the fire department received around 1,500 reports of illegal fireworks activity between 6 p.m. and midnight this Fourth of July 800 of those reports came in through the Nail em app and 700 reports came in through the hotline.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. 80 firefighters responded to battle flames along 14th Avenue after several tractor trailer trucks caught fire Sunday, said Captain Keith Wade, spokesperson for Sacramento Fire Department.
Wade said the tractor trailer truck fires were at a mattress company on the 1400 block of 14th Avenue and that no one was hurt.
Firefighters closed 14th Avenue at Stockton Boulevard and 40th Street to battle the fire.
Just after 7 p.m., Sacramento Fire Department tweeted that the fire was contained and mostly extinguished. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
