Ibrahim Ali had only been in Millhaven prison for nine days in June 2019 when he was jumped in the showers and stabbed.
He had no idea who the other inmates were who attacked him.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

· To manage the financial administration process of the victims and witnesses according to the EU and/or WPSO guidelines;
