Plymouth DPW announces paving operations COURTESY OF THE TOWN OF PLYMOUTH PLYMOUTH The town of Plymouth’s Department of Public Works seeks to notify residents and visitors that, starting on June 7, paving contractor Rochester Bituminous will begin roadway milling and leveling operations in preparation for the pavement of Sandwich Street, Nook Road and North Street.
