While the T word sulks at Mar-a-Lago, the V word is à la mode, fly, trending, surface-of-the-sun hot hot hot. “Main thoughts on the vaccine,” wrote The Guardian’s best columnist Marina Hyde in December. “I will ingest this freedom juice any which way it comes. Jab? Yes. Two jabs? Yes, please.” Allow me to run a quick bath of warm fuzzies. Vaccination will protect me, yes – and also my family, my friends, my community and, ultimately, all of humanity.
