Pair Arrested On Multiple Felonies After 11-Inch Blade Found During Santa Clarita Traffic Stop A pair of suspects were arrested Wednesday on a slew of felony charges after allegedly finding an 11-inch blade, drugs and stolen checks in their vehicle during a Santa Clarita traffic stop. Around 4 p.m. Wednesday, deputies patrolling the 31800 block of Castaic Road in Castaic observed a vehicle with no identifying information on record for the license plate attached, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. “During a traffic stop, deputies contacted a male and female adult, and while speaking with the female adult, she was unable to provide any identifying information or registration to the vehicle,” Arriaga said.

Drugs, Metal Knuckles Found In Car After Routine Traffic Stop In Santa Clarita A wanted suspect was taken into custody early Wednesday morning on multiple charges after a routine traffic stop in Santa Clarita. In the early morning hours of Wednesday, deputies patrolling the 17200 block of Sierra Highway observed a vehicle with an active warrant identified to the license plate of the vehicle, resulting in a traffic stop, said Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. After coming in contact with the suspect, deputies observed drugs and drug paraphernalia within reach of the man, according to Arriaga.
