The Jolly Trolley is set to make its way around Santa Clarita on Saturday, Dec. 19 collecting food and essential personal care donations to be sent to those in need in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Santa Clarita Transit is hosting the event and providing the “trolley”, which is scheduled to make its first stop for donations for the Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry at 9:30 a.m. at Chesebrough Park and visit four more locations, ending the tour at the Canyon Country Library at 4:30 p.m.
“Often during the holiday season, Santa Clarita Transit collects donations at our Holiday Light Tour,” explained City of Santa Clarita Administrative Analyst Alex Porlier. “While we can’t host the tour this year, we still want to ensure the pantry receives its annual donation.”
