Road rage may have led to the death of a 38-year-old woman and critically injured a 14-year-old girl on the Northeast Side on Friday night, San Antonio police said.
Police responded to a call about a shooting in progress in the 2800 block of Interstate 35-North at 9:31 p.m. They found a vehicle crashed into a fence with three people inside, two with gunshot wounds.

Travis helps move Covid-19 patient to Texas
JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. The 62nd Airlift Wing’s quick action enabled a Covid-19 patient to be airlifted from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, to San Antonio Military Medical Center, Texas, on March 31.
The individual was a patient at Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The individual was in severe respiratory distress and had undergone surgery earlier to be hooked up to an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system. The system pumps and oxygenates a patient’s blood outside the body, allowing the heart and lungs to rest.

SAN ANTONIO A teenager was shot in the head after a gunman opened fire on an east-side house, the San Antonio Police Department said.
The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 4300 block of Spring Oak Drive.
Police said a blue car with an unknown amount of suspects drove by the house, and bullets began flying. Authorities recovered at least ten shell casings on the street.
It s unknown how many people were inside the home at the time of the shooting as well as the motive behind it. The victim, an 18-year-old male, was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
