CPS has said the rolling outages could last until today or even longer, due to the continued freezing weather. As of last night, one in three CPS customers are still without power. On Tuesday, the City of San Antonio opened up a warming center downtown at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The warning center can accommodate up to 500 people, and those that are able to drive themselves to the convention center can park at the Hemisfair Garage for free. Anyone without the ability to safely transport themselves, can call 311 for pickup. Christian Assistance Ministry has also created a document with additional information on emergency shelters and warming resources.
