With the San Francisco Pride Parade canceled for the second year in a row due to the pandemic, the biggest official outdoor event during Pride month will now be a movies series at Oracle Park. Frameline, San Francisco Pride, the city of San Francisco and the San Francisco Giants have partnered to host the first Pride Movies Night at Oracle Park, beginning with a screening of Jon M. Chu’s adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Broadway musical “In the Heights” on June 11.

Gensler, whose eponymous practice designed many of the world s best-known buildings from China s tallest skyscraper to terminals at San Francisco International Airport passed away on Monday at his home in Mill Valley, California, following a battle with long-term illness, a company spokesperson confirmed. Born in New York City in 1935, Gensler went on to study at Cornell University s College of Architecture, Art, and Planning a school that he would support financially throughout his six-decade career (including a $10 million gift earlier this year).

(Jeff Chiu/AP) A woman aboard a JetBlue flight from the Dominican Republic to New York faces $32,750 in fines after refusing to wear a mask, throwing food and an empty bottle of alcohol into the air, and shouting obscenities at crew members, the Federal Aviation Administration said Wednesday. The passenger, who was not identified, is one of four the agency is taking action against for unruly behavior while flying.
