A leading advocate for San Francisco’s crime victims is stepping down from her post at the District Attorney’s Office next month, the DA’s office announced Tuesday.
Dr. Gena Castro Rodriguez was hailed by District Attorney Chesa Boudin as a pioneering force for victim advocacy programs in San Francisco, and whose work was modeled throughout the state.
