Many ships burn, floating when burning Published: July 17, 2021 / 10:05 p.m. PDT San Bernardino County, California (KTLA)-On Friday morning, firefighters reacted to a fire on multiple ships near a lake in San Bernardino County, California. According to the San Bernardino County Fire Department, after receiving a call about the smoke and fire at the Lake Arrowhead Pier, the staff arrived at about 4 am and found that the ship was engulfed by flames and might spread to the pier. The crew quickly manipulated a nearby firefighting boat to fight the flames on the ship’s platform. The fire destroyed the dock lines of several ships, allowing them to float freely on the lake when they caught fire.
