Everything Chris Mack said after Louisville’s win over Virginia Tech Share this story You can find video of Chris Mack’s postgame press conference Louisville head coach Chris Mack (Opening Statement): “I know we beat an excellent team. Louisville 76 - Boston College 64: Cards Pluck The Eagles

David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports The Cards headed into 2021 with a 6-1 record and a win over the rival Kentucky Wildcats. They began the new year and their proper conference schedule against Boston College. Louisville overcame a rough start to get a convincing 76-64 win. The Eagles were looking to climb from the bottom of the ACC, having yet to win a conference game before this matchup and with a 2-6 record. The Cards had only lost one game, but their past few contests had been really rough and they were looking to fine-tune their play. Louisville was slow out of the gate, allow Boston College to get a seven-point lead early in the game.
