Two masked men forced their way into a family home in Bestwood armed with a machete and a meat cleaver

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after two masked men forced their way into the home in Hill Road, Bestwood, at around 5.30pm on Thursday, December 31.
The men were reportedly armed with a machete and a meat cleaver.
The pair left shortly afterwards when they were chased from the scene.

Nothing was taken and nobody was injured.
