There s a bit of relief coming for seniors living in Flint that are in desperate need of home repairs.
Thanks to the $120,0000 that was awarded to The Genesee County Habitat for Humanity, Flint seniors will get critical home repairs done for free. The money came from The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation and will be used for repairs including roofs, structural damage, electric, handicap accessibility, energy efficiency upgrades, and other health or code-related repair needs.
