The St. Johns Fire District responded to a crash at 12:45 a.m. on Main Road at Marry Ann Point Road, according to a post on the agency’s Twitter feed. The crash trapped the driver in the vehicle, the post states. The driver, whose identity has not yet been released by the Charleston County Coroner’s Office, died from injuries in the crash.
