CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - A judge Saturday morning denied bond for a daycare worker who was arrested on charges relating to the assault of three infants at a West Ashley daycare.
Tina Rose Nye, 55, faces two counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, one count of second-degree assault and battery and three counts of unlawful conduct toward a child, according to jail records.

Officials with the Charleston County Sheriffâs Office said it happened on the 8500 block of Sugar Hill Road in Adams Run and involved one vehicle.

Tyler Legare, 23, is charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and failure to stop for blue lights, according to jail records.
Anthony Charles Louis Gethers, 21, is charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and a drug charge, records state.
