(WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in which they say at least four people were injured Saturday. At around 4 a.m., Charleston County deputies responded to reports of at least four individuals being treated for gunshot wounds.   The victims were transported to area hospitals.  Deputies say they located a crime scene on the 3100 block of Sanders Road.  Deputies determined that at least one victim was shot at the Sanders Road location and the other three victims did not provide statements. No word on the extent of the injuries.

(WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that sent one man to the hospital. Deputies were dispatched to a Mount Pleasant hospital in regards to someone showing up with a gunshot wound. Deputies say the man had a non-life-threatening wound to his leg. (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office says one person is dead after a crash Wednesday morning. It happened before 11:30 a.m. on River Road near Trucklands Road, Capt. Roger Antonio said. A vehicle traveling south on River Road left the roadway and struck a tree. The driver, who was the only person in the car, was taken to a hospital and died from injuries suffered in the crash.
